Nectar offers a free 15-day trial option on all accounts. Your first charge will come 16 days after you originally sign up for our service. We will send you a reminder notification via email that the trial will be ending. If you cancel before this first charge, you won't be billed at all.

When selecting the 15-day free trial option, it's important to understand your custom domain name will not be purchased until after the trial period is up and your payment has been received. With this option, there is a risk that your preferred custom domain name will not be available after the trial period is complete. If this happens, we will notify you via email and ask that you select an alternate domain name.

Anytime you cancel, this Service will remain active until the end of your paid billing period, which is typically 12 months unless you opt to have your account data deleted immediately.

There will be no refunds or credits allowed, including pro-rated months (i.e., credits for partial service periods). You are responsible for whatever charges have been incurred. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

You are solely responsible for canceling your account. For your protection, you may only cancel via our simple, web-based cancellation interface. We do not accept cancellations via email, phone, fax or letter.
